Hiring a marquee for your wedding reception is the perfect opportunity for the bride and groom to create the atmosphere they want within one of our stunning wedding marquees.

Decorating a marquee for a wedding with includes carpets and drapes, table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware hire.

Monnow Marquees can arrange special indoor and outdoor lighting, heating, bar hire, relaxation areas with sofas, themed table decorations and even powder rooms and toilet facilities. And when the lights are dimmed we can provide dance floors of different colours, sizes and shapes so that you can dance the night away in style!

Whether it's an elegant gazebo style marquee for a summer christening or a larger marquee for a grand family celebration such as a Golden Anniversary, Silver Wedding or an 18th or 21st birthday party we will have the perfect marquee for your event.

Monnow Marquees are experienced in marquee hire for summer balls, hunt balls, fundraising events, charity balls, barn dances (where the barn is replaced by one of our more informally styled marquees) and just about any kind of celebration party you can imagine!

Monnow Marquees is highly experienced at providing marquees for large or small exhibitions, new product launches, corporate hospitality, PR events and educational training venues. Our clearspan marquees can be constructed on car parks, open hard ground areas and next to buildings, as well as on lawns or open green areas such as fields and parkland.

Location, location, location...

Marquees can also be erected within a large building such as a barn or industrial unit. Sloping sites can be utilised using our steel sub-framed flooring system (subject to free site visit).

Our corporate marquee hire service includes; reception marquees, refreshment tents, entertaining marquees, catering marquees and facilities, portable toilets, event power, audio visual equipment, event lighting and furniture hire.

Planning and pricing

We provide business and events organisers with a detailed quotation, including CAD diagrams, to show you exactly what your corporate event could look like with one of our marquees. You can be assured that we handle all the site preparation and erect and prepare the marquee, handing it over to you ready to enjoy.

After the event

You can be assured that after your event is over our team will remove the marquee leaving the site just as we found it.

Monnow Marquees can site marquees on sloping locations and uneven surfaces

Monnow Marquees are specialists when it comes to sloping sites and uneven ground.

Using our innovative steel sub-framed flooring system we can erect our award-winning marquees on tricky surfaces, uneven levels and low ornamental walls - subject to site survey.

Marquees located on sloping or difficult uneven ground

Monnow Marquees will provide a site survey at no charge prior to a price quotation.
Where a site is grassed the area will need to be mowed in advance of our arrival allowing the marquee to be erected without delay.
During construction – site must be kept clear at all times.
